Normal and lateral force microscopy of polymer blends

AFM (a) and LFM (b) images obtained (simultaneously) on thin layer of PMMA/dPS/PVP polymer blend. Cross sections (P) made in AFM and LFM images are presented in (c) and (d) respectively.
